The location is incredible, with beautiful views and ideally located just outside the town. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I have gotten in a hotel. I think the highlight was the swimming pool, which is in a beautiful spot and it is easy to spend so much time there just relaxing. Staff were also excellent.

I was horrified by the lack of service. After waiting an hour for a transfer that never showed, i finally called and was yelled at-can you believe that? My room also had no toilet paper, and after multiple requests for anything resembling hot water, i didn't even get an upgrade! I almost considered a good review but just couldn't.

Amazing views and warm service

Waking up to fine views of Isola Bella was magical. The spacious room had a lovely balcony perfect for morning coffee, and the breakfast offered plenty of choices.

We faced some noise from the dining area below, and parking was quite chaotic with staff moving cars without notifying us first. It was a bit dated.

The room was big and very nice, but the main amazing thing was the view, it was just amazing. Otherwise a real old school Grand Hotel with.

The staff was a bit unfriendly and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Location very close to many restaurants, the beach area of Messina and the local buses and tour buses. Lovely buffet breakfast with a great food variety.

Fine Taormina views 🌅

Waking up to those amazing sea views was just magic! Brekkie on the terrace was really lekker, and the staff were super-friendly, always keen for a chat. The pool area reminded me of paradise, perfect spot to chill out and tan a bit after exploring the town.

The room could do with a little makeover, feeling a bit dated.
